Welcome to Plutomobile We develop and publish games for mobile devices.
By clicking or tapping the button indicating the acceptance of these Terms, or by using the Game Services, you will be agreed to the processing of the Data (including Personal Information) with the terms of this Terms of Use Policy.
This Privacy Policy describes the ways we collect, store, use, and disclose the information, including personal information, and data that our users provide or we collect in connection with any Plutomobile games provided on a mobile platform. Additionally, this policy describes your rights and choices concerning your information. Please note that this private policy may be modified or be updated.

You don’t have to share information when we ask you for it, but if you decline, you might not be able to access certain Plutomobile services, or take advantage of their full functionality.
In order to provide 5 years (from the date the user starts using our services to the date of withdrawal) of game and customer services for our game users, we will be collecting information as below:

We may obtain information from third parties to use along with the information we collect. We can receive information from third-party platforms (ex. Google Play, App Store, Facebook) if you download the Plutomobile games or link your game account to your demanded platform.
We may partner with third parties such as payment gateway companies, platform service companies, and analytic companies to gather advertising and analytics information to help support our marketing initiatives, improve Plutomobile services, and better manage our ad campaigns. We may share your Personal Information with these third party service providers so that they may provide their services to us.
If you don’t want to take advantage of the services that the third-party analytics and advertising companies provide on the Plutomobile services, you may be able to opt-out of some of them by visiting http://www.aboutads.info or http://www.networkadvertising.org/choices/, or https://www.youronlinechoices.com/.

Please note that even if the company does not handle your personal information, your personal information may be transferred and affect cross-app advertising if you click to watch an advertisement.
Your Information Retention We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our services. We will also retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. User rights Accessing, Correcting, and Deleting Your Information Upon request, we will provide you with information about whether we hold any of your personal information. If your personal information changes, or if you no longer desire our Services, you may correct, update, delete inaccuracies, or delete your personal information by making the change within your account settings or by contacting us.

We can restrict the users from deleting their personal information and restrict the users from requesting an opt-out to enforce our policies (ex. signs of abusing, security issues, issues that interfere with the company’s service operation,etc.)

We cannot sell your personal information after we receive your opt-out request unless you later provide an authorization allowing us to do so again. (Note that we do not usually sell your personal information literally, whether you agree with this policy or not. In this case, the signification of the word ‘sell’ is according to the CCPA and other Consumer Privacy Acts.)

We are not required to verify users submitting an opt-out request to see if they really are the consumer for whom our company has personal information. We may need to ask you for additional information to make sure we stop selling the right user’s personal information. (refer to point 2 for the meaning of ‘sell’.)

We can refuse to stop selling your personal information, if a sale is necessary for the Plutomobile to comply with legal obligations, exercise legal claims or rights, or defend legal claims.

If you are under the minimum age in your home country, you cannot send personal data without parental consent. Please do not send any data about yourself, including your name, address, telephone number, or email address. Our game does not require your age, but in case of collection of the personal data of a child under the minimum age in their home country, we will delete said data.
Security of Your Information
When handling personal information of users, the company takes the following technical and administrative measures to ensure the safety of personal information so that it will not be lost, stolen, leaked, altered or damaged.
Password Encryption
The password of the member ID is encrypted, stored and managed. The company will not be able to view or modify the password. Confirmation or changes of personal information are also only available to the user who knows the password.
Measures against Hacking
The company is doing its best to prevent leakage or damage of personal information of members from hacking or computer virus. In order to prevent personal information from being used unlawfully, we are backing up the data from time to time. We use the latest software to prevent users' personal information or data from being leaked or used unlawfully. The company is also using encrypted communication to secure the transmit of personal information on the network. We are also using intrusion prevention systems to control unauthorized access from the outside and try our best to ensure security in other systems.
Minimization and training of the handling staff
In the company, only the person in charge will be given the authority to handle personal information. Separate passwords for personal information are also being regularly updated. We also constantly emphasize the importance of compliance with the privacy policy through regular training of the person in charge. Also, we are working to ensure that problems will be corrected immediately as soon as possible.
Security Safeguards
Plutomobile takes measures to protect your information from unauthorized access or against loss, misuse or alteration by third parties.
Although we strive to store the information collected in a secure operating environment that is not available to the public, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of that information during its transmission or its storage in our systems.
Furthermore, while we attempt to ensure the integrity and security of our network and systems, we cannot guarantee that our security measures will prevent third-parties from illegally obtaining access to this information. We do not guarantee that your information will be protected against loss, misuse or alteration by third parties. No method of transmission over the Internet or of electronic storage is a 100% secure. Therefore, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
